Tulie White is the Global Vice President of Enterprise Learning and Leadership Development at The Estée Lauder Companies. She is based in New York City and joined ELC in 2013. Tulie is responsible for setting the vision to develop The Estée Lauder Companies’ talent globally. In her role, she directs enterprise initiatives aligned to corporate strategy, organizational capability, UX/UI luxury design, and technology innovations as part of Global HR’s Talent Center of Excellence. Tulie is focused on building a skills-based organization to enhance ELC’s talent growth, retention, and engagement utilizing the latest GenAI tools with a goal to drive innovation in a human + tech world. As the co-founder of several flagship, award-winning programs, including the AI Academy, We Love Retail, and Emerging Leaders Program, Tulie leads a renowned team that delivers ground-breaking, global programs. Beyond her corporate achievements, Tulie is deeply committed to mentoring future leaders, actively engaging with the Young Women’s Leadership School of East Harlem – Brooklyn and her local community.
