Since March 2022, Dr. Timo Sandritter has served on the Executive Board and as Managing Director of Ingentis Inc., bringing extensive experience and knowledge to the organization. As a serial entrepreneur, Sandritter is currently the President of Rippleworx, a SaaS people analytics platform that helps organizations gain insights and accelerate performance. Prior to Rippleworx, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Haufe, an enterprise specializing in human resource and talent management software. He also served as the Chief People Officer at AllCloud, a global professional services company focused on cloud enablement and transformation. Sandritter is an expert in building and managing companies. He was an Executive Partner at Cygnus Strategy Group, a management consulting firm he co-founded in 2012, where he applied his experience with multinational corporations and start-ups to deliver comprehensive business improvement and transformation. Additionally, he co-founded and helped build Digium, a communications technology company specializing in communications hardware and telephony software, where he served as Chief People Officer. Timo is an avid learner with multiple master’s and doctoral degrees. He frequently speaks at industry events and serves on several boards of directors.
