Steve Holder is responsible for growing the People Analytics market for Visier. As a member of the Visier leadership team Steve leads a customer facing team of subject matter experts in HR, analytics and technology. The team's mandate is to partner with our customers and prospects to solve their People Analytics with Visier and to ensure they understand the solution and can realize value with Visier. Steve’s passion is making technology make sense for everyone regardless of their technical skillset. Prior to joining Visier Steve held leadership positions at SAS, SAP and IBM. With many years of software industry experience, spanning: management, solution architecture, presales and sales, Steve helps Visier’s customers, sales teams, and partners use data and analytics to gain insight into their business and create a better future for their people. Steve lives in Toronto with his wife and two daughters. During his spare time, he enjoys traveling, cycling, skiing and spending time outdoors.
