He works with teams across the company to help emerging high growth ventures go to market quickly and deliver differentiated value to drive business outcomes. Prior to Microsoft, Ross served as the Global Director of Deal Pursuit for Google Cloud and VP Sales & Operations for Liferay, a Gartner leader in digital experience and one of the fastest growing Digital Natives. The company grew from 200 to 900 team members with offices in more than 30 countries. ?He holds a master’s degree in legal studies from Northwestern and a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
