With a solid foundation in HR, including roles as Talent Operations Director, Reward Services Director, Business Relationship Manager, and Organization Transformation Specialist, Rhonda has led numerous initiatives to optimize compensation and benefits programs, drive employee experience improvements, and deliver strategic HR solutions. Throughout her career, she has spearheaded impactful projects such as the successful deployment of HR service centers, harmonization of multi country HR policies, and implementation of digital solutions for improved employee engagement. Her expertise in vendor management, project leadership, and change management has consistently driven positive outcomes and cost savings for the organizations she’s served. She has a Bachelor of Science in Management from Clemson University, along with certifications in Six Sigma, INSEAD Women in Leadership, and she brings a blend of strategic insight, operational excellence, and a passion for driving positive change within organizations. In addition to her professional endeavors, she has been an active contributor to various community and volunteer.
