Recently, his efforts have centered on revamping HR operating models, developing AI strategies for HR, redesigning processes, selecting software, and deploying solutions for clients across various industries. Before joining Mercer, Brennan co-founded Leapgen, a digital HR transformation services company that was later acquired by Mercer to enhance its Health, Wealth, and Career consulting and advisory offerings.
