Michelle's extensive background encompasses leading numerous software selection and implementation projects, where she has acted as both project manager and sponsor. Her expertise spans a wide range of HR systems such as Peoplesoft, SuccessFactors, Workforce EmpCenter, ADP, Halogen, iCIMS, and various smaller systems integrated with ERP solutions.
