Lindsay previously led Phenom’s Solutions Consulting Team responsible for delivering a consultative and solutions-focused approach to prospective and current Phenom customers around the world. Offering workable solutions to companies’ biggest talent challenges drive her to think of new and innovative methods to deal with their shifting workforce demands. Her passion and expertise are in design thinking and transformation. She guides organizations on their digital transformation journeys through deep learning, industry expertise and solutions offerings. Since joining Phenom, Lindsay has supported hundreds of global organizations in outlining people, process and technology to complement their growth strategy and lay a foundation for business success.
