Marcelyn (“Marcie”) Van Houten is a director of human capital management (HCM) strategy at Oracle. She brings over 30 years of experience in HCM, information systems, and management consulting experience to her role, and has spent the past 10 years building relationships with customers on the Oracle Cloud HCM Customer Advisory Board (CAB). Marcie holds a BA in finance from the University of North Texas and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
