Mackenzie has been working as a solution engineer for over 5 years and has worked with Oracle products for over 8 years. Most recently, she has been supporting the high tech and manufacturing industries, but has worked with customers across many other industries as well. Mackenzie demos all aspects of our HCM solution but specializes in analytics, learning, recruiting, talent, compensation, global core HR, help desk / case management, HR administration, business process design and workflow. Prior to joining Oracle, Mackenzie worked as a Technical Recruiter and PeopleSoft implementation consultant.
