Libby MacCarthaigh serves in the role of Total Rewards Director with the Scoular Company, based in Omaha, Nebraska at the company's global headquarters. Libby joined Scoular in 2018 as a Senior Analyst of HR Analytics, and has spent her time here in HR Systems, Data Analytics, Compensation, and managing the HR Shared Services team. Most recently, she took over the Benefits and Payroll divisions as well, creating the Total Rewards COE to drive consistency and collaboration across the pillars. Prior to Scoular, Libby’s specialty was in Equity and Executive Compensation, as well as having spent time in M&A and HR Business Partner roles. Libby graduated with a B.A. in Philosophy from Creighton University and is currently pursuing her B.S. in Computer Information Systems. When not tied to her Excel spreadsheets, Libby can be found in her garden with her dogs, Duck and Goose, tending to her bees, reading, cross-stitching, or competing in local powerlifting competitions.
