Kris Dunn is Marriott International’s Senior Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition. In this role, Kris leads the global Talent Acquisition team in across 30+ portfolio brands, defining and continually evolving Marriott’s global recruitment strategy and delivery for the organization, including TA Strategies & Solutions, TA Operations, University Relations & Recruiting, Recruiting Services/RPO, FLEX Talent Solutions, TA Technology, Executive Recruitment and Employer Brand. Kris brings extensive leadership and innovation experience in the world of Talent Acquisition and HR. Prior to Marriott, Kris held multiple leadership positions with Fortune 500 organizations, such as Charter Communications and AT&T Wireless, as well as high-growth, private, equity-backed firms like Kinetix, Source Medical and DAXKO. Kris is the author of two books (The 9 Faces of HR, Best Boss Ever) and hosts a podcast on his journey in Talent Acquisition called Best Hire Ever.
