He has coached and facilitated executives in companies like Cummins, Abbott, Humana, Lowe’s, and LinkedIn, helping them deliver high performance through strategic alignment. Ken draws from over 25 years of high-level military and corporate experience to lead successful strategic organization transformation initiatives. He has held board and C-level positions at the U.S. Department of Defense and at logistics, supply chain, apparel design and manufacturing organizations. Ken is Six Sigma certified, holds an MBA with an emphasis in organization design and is a Certified Organization Design Professional (CODP). He is a regular presenter at universities and national industry conferences and is a member of the Fast Company Executive Board.
