He lead’s the team responsible for optimizing client value through developing solutions aligned to client business and talent challenges, providing data analytics and insights, defining KPI’s to measure and communicate outcomes and continuously innovating to achieve high levels of client satisfaction, loyalty and growth.
Jason joined Heidrick with over 20 years of B2B Digital & HR leadership experience. His areas of expertise include talent management, people analytics, employee assessment and development, skills transformation, talent acquisition, organizational design and total rewards.
Jason graduated from James Madison University in 1999 earning a Bachelors of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Human Resources.
