Cliff Stevenson is the Director of Research for Sapient Insights Group and oversees the Annual HR Systems Survey, now in its 27th year. Cliff has been a global HR industry analyst for over 15 years, having held senior research roles with Brandon Hall Group and the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp). Cliff's experience as a human capital researcher focuses on emerging HR tech, innovation, talent acquisition, data and analytics, performance management, and employee retention. Before becoming an analyst, he was the Head of HR for a Boston RPO firm. Cliff received his Master's degree in Organizational Development from Suffolk University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida.
