Ann DeVos is Sr. Director, Candidate Experience at Pfizer, where she leads its global technology and operations strategy, global onboarding and US commercial and enabling recruitment teams. Since joining Pfizer in 2007, Ann has held various roles within talent acquisition and HR operations with consistent focus on driving innovation and operational excellence. Prior to Pfizer, she was an executive recruiter for attorneys in Washington, DC. Ann is a novice beekeeper and lives in New Jersey with her husband and three kids. She still calls her family’s cattle farm in Northwest Arkansas home.
