Today, he serves as the critical bridge between Culture Amp's employee experience products and its 7,000 customers - consulting with HR leaders about how the fusion of people and technology can provide a critical solution to creating a better world of work. Andrew comes from a non-traditional HR background and discovered the magic of people analytics after earning a full-ride scholarship to the University of Sydney and majoring in Business Information Systems where he ranked first in class.
