Adam Steinmetz is a Vice President, Product Area Leader for the Employee Digital Experience for Fidelity Health®. Adam has been with Fidelity for over 24 years. He has primarily led product teams building customer facing digital experiences across financial services and health. In the financial services space Adam’s accomplishments include integrating Fidelity and eMoney’s digital experiences to help customers execute their financial plans and driving a ten-fold increase in the adoption of electronic delivery. Within Fidelity Health Adam and his team created the Fidelity Health® App (4.9 App Store Rating) and enhanced the NetBenefits® experience to support Fidelity’s new Health and Welfare Recordkeeping Platform. Prior to Fidelity, after beginning his career as a sports writer, Adam consulted to Fortune 500 companies on technology and process improvements and led reporting and analytics for a dot.com. Adam earned his MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and his B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
